About the 3D Pen

No way! We have specially designed the pen so that even children can start using it right away. It is truly Plug & Play. In addition, the pen comes with a clear manual and if you have any questions, our team is ready to help!

Yes, our filament is environmentally friendly! We use recycled filament where possible, without compromising on quality or safety. Absolutely! Our 3D Pen is designed with child safety in mind. We recommend it for ages 6 and up, but even younger children can safely use it under parental supervision. The pen comes with finger guards and doesn’t get hot on the outside, so little hands can safely experiment and be creative.

Use the finger guards on the hand you are not drawing with. This allows you to bend and deform the warm and flexible filament to create the most beautiful creations without burning your fingers.

Problems & Defects

Make sure you hold the load button down and don't just click it. Check that the temperature is set correctly for the type of filament you are using. Try the fastest speed to load the filament. Sometimes it helps to push the filament in a little while loading to make it run in smoothly.

Make sure to always cut the tip of the filament if it has been used before. This will prevent clogging. To solve the problem, try to free the filament with a thin pair of tweezers at the nozzle. Increase the temperature and speed when unloading. If the problem persists, please contact us for further assistance.

Press the charge button once. If that doesn't help, turn the pen off and unplug it. Wait a few seconds, plug it back in, turn the pen on and try again. This should fix the problem.

Make sure you have selected the correct filament type in the menu. It takes about 60-90 seconds for the pen to heat up, depending on the filament selected. If the pen still does not heat up after this time and the light remains red, turn the pen off and back on and try again. If the problem persists, please contact us at info@mmbrands.nl for further assistance.

The speed controller can often be easily snapped back into place. Try to carefully put it back in. If this does not work or the problem persists, please contact us for further assistance.

Shipping & Order

If your product has been shipped with a Track & Trace code, you will have received it in your mail after your order has been handed over by us to the courier.

Unfortunately, we are dependent on courier services, and sometimes, due to their workload, they cannot always guarantee the 100% delivery promise. We always make sure that your order leaves our warehouse as quickly as possible, on its way to our courier's sorting center.

We understand this can be frustrating, but we do our utmost to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. If your package 5 working days after your order If your order has not yet been delivered, please feel free to contact the courier's customer service or us. This way we can provide more clarity about the status of your order.

Have you received a broken, wrong or incomplete article? Do not hesitate and send an email to info@mmbrands.nl. Add a photo of the broken, wrong or incomplete product and briefly light what exactly is going on. We will do everything we can to find an appropriate solution together!

The order number you need to return the order can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.

Returns

Return is easy! Here's what you need to do:

1. Within 30 days of receiving your order, send an email to info@mmbrands.nl indicating that you wish to return one or more products.
2. Our team will provide you with return instructions immediately.
3. Follow the instructions provided to complete the return process.

The product must be registered for return within 30 days of receiving the order. After this, you have 14 more days to return the product.

It is important that the following return conditions are complied with when you return a product. This gives you your money back and we can make someone else happy with the product.

  • Products must be returned in the original packaging.
  • The entire packaging content must be returned.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and must not be damaged or visibly used.

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item to us and purchase the one you would like to have. Once we receive and process the unwanted item in good order, you will receive a refund for this.

After the returned product has arrived, we will start to process the return. We aim to process returned products within 7 days. Once your return has been properly processed, you will receive a confirmation email and the full purchase amount will be returned to your account within a few days.
